Electricity and hot water would be around £50/month for average usage.

In winter (Nov-Feb) there will be an additional £50/month charge, depending on usage.

The place is fitted with a Fire and smoke alarm inside and camera monitoring outside for security reasons.

Must be a non-smoker, single, no kids(sorry!), and have no pets!

The location is next to High Street with many shops and cafes. 
5mins walk to the station where trains take approx 25 mins to central London.
Plenty of buses in and around west London.
