Double room, furnished, in Whitton

A furnished double room in a quiet location . You will have the use of shared kitchen and living areas as well as a lovely garden. You will also have shared use of a downstairs bathroom. It's a 12 minute walk to the local over ground station.
I am a busy teacher aged 58 (landlord) living with another lodger who is a community nurse. We both spend a good proportion of time out of the house (except hols for me). We have a fourth bedroom which is sometimes used by family or friends. We also have a cat, Arthur, who is very affectionate.
Bills included but you are asked to make a small contribution towards cleaning materials and paying our cleaner who comes weekly.
