THE HOUSE:

Tidy, peaceful, clean house with large rooms throughout giving a great feeling of space and openness. Refurbished to a good standard with a modern design while maintaining original features. Open plan kitchen & diner, separate utility room, and large living room.
Good outdoor space front and back, own driveway with parking available if needed.
To make life easy we have super fast broadband and a regular cleaner

CURRENT HOUSEMATES:

English & Venezuelan / Italian.
We both work hybrid models of at home and in the office, but mostly in the office. Both enjoy gym classes and love a good walk in Richmond park, as well as chlling with a book or a box set, etc., sometimes I cook also. We have a nice chilled atmosphere going on, often eating together during the week - if we're around at the same time. I find a balance of downtime to relax and socialising time in the house works nicely.

THE FINANCIALS & ADMIN:

Planning to include all bill (to keep it simple) but the energy bills may vary based on usage but roughly around £750 all inc. The usual standard reference checks, contract, and deposit will be required.

MON-FRI let welcome, available from the weekend of the 19th of October.

AREA & TRANSPORT:

Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Richmond / Twickenham, but Whitton is far away enough to have a residential, peaceful, safe kind of feel.
An 8 min walk from Whitton Station and the high street where you can find all the amenities you might need. Good train & bus connections and a 2 min drive to the A316/M3
