The studio has an en-suite shower room, heating, super fast broadband and is well equipped for home working with a large desk and office chair. There is a separate private access to the apartment. The studio is well equipped with a kitchenette, including fridge, induction hob, microwave and kettle and toaster as well as a tv with Netflix. Sky tv can be added at an extra cost. There will be a price adjustment for couples. All bills are included. Long term let’s will be considered.
