THE HOUSE:

Clean, tidy and peaceful house with large rooms throughout giving a great feeling of space. Refurbished to a good standard with a modern design while maintaining original features. Open plan kitchen & diner, utility room, and living room. Good outdoor space front and back, own driveway with parking available if needed.
To make life easy there is super fast broadband and a regular cleaner, but aim to keep the place clean ourselves and are considerate to each other regardless.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES:

I work in the city, office based. I have found a balance of downtime to relax and socialising time in the house works well, will depend on who/what etc. Pets: I have 2 indoor kittens and fish.

THE FINANCIALS & ADMIN:

All. bills are included, but an excess for the energy bills may be added - based on usage. The usual standard reference checks and deposit will be required.

AREA & TRANSPORT:

Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Richmond / Twickenham, but Whitton is far away enough to have a residential, peaceful kind of feel.
An 8 min walk from Whitton Station and the high street where you can find all the amenities you might need. Good bus connections and a 2 min drive to the A316/M3.
