Double Room for Rent

Double room available for Rent in friendly flat with 2 professional females (both teachers - primary & secondary). Both like to socialise but also enjoy our own space after long days.

Our third housemate is moving out so looking for an individual to fill their spot.

The room is very spacious & has a built in cupboard that acts as a wardrobe / storage cupboard. The room also has a nice bay window so makes the room very pretty.

If needed we can also facilitate a bed.

Bills are approximately £130 during winter, but this decreases significantly in the summer.

Moving in date can be flexible in August, just need to check with our current housemate. To secure this room, a deposit will be required as it operates through dexters!
