Double Room with Private Bathroom

I am looking for a dog loving person to share my home with me and my gorgeous Staffie Ruby. Ruby is an integral part of the home so it's important that any new tenant is comfortable with dogs as Ruby is very friendly with humans :-).

The room itself is just over 9 square meters and has been newly decorated and carpeted. It is complete with a double bed, bedside cabinet, lamp, large chest of drawers, mirror, wardrobe, desk & chair. The private bathroom is immediately next to the room and on the first floor (My own room is on the ground floor where I have a wet room). All bills are included - there are no hidden charges and the price includes a fortnightly clean of your private bathroom.

The house also has a large, open plan kitchen/living/dining room which opens out on to a large, raised garden with a good sized low level sun deck. The kitchen has two ovens, microwave, large gas hob, air fryer and American style fridge freezer.

I am looking for someone mature and friendly who I can be comfortable with and vice versa obviously. Whilst I understand everyone wants their privacy, I really would like for any new housemate to be easy going, sociable and friendly. I am ideally looking for a long term tenant but have set the advert up as a 3 month minimum in case things don't work out. On street parking is free and permit free. We are well served by public transport with Hounslow Station just 10 minutes walk away with direct trains to Waterloo. We are also on the 24 hour 281 bus service that runs between Kingston & Hounslow Bus Garage.
