Single room in homely home

Hi, I am looking for a housemate now that my kids have left home. I live mostly on my own in a big family home with lots of space and think it's time to fill one of the rooms. Note that my adult kids still visit occasionally and I sometimes host young refugees for limited periods.
The room is clean and light. The bathroom will be mostly yours (I have my own) except when we have visitors - please keep it clean and tidy.
You will have access to the newly decorated kitchen/dining/sitting room and to the lounge/TV room, as well as a large garden - check the photos.
All bills are included but I ask that you are mindful with heating and hot water. If my bills were to go considerably higher, I would introduce a charge to cover the extra usage.
This is a friendly home, we talk, cook, play and listen to music.
Ideally rented for week days only but will consider other options.
Bus stop on door step (110 and 111), 15 min walk to Whitton station. Close to Crane Park for lovely walk into Twickenham high street. 15 min drive to Heathrow.
