This is a ground floor flat. Yours will be the master room that's already kitted out with the furniture (a king size ottoman bed, built in wardrobes with mirrors and a dresser), you will also have exclusive use of the separate and secure garden office that includes a desk and shelves.

The property boasts a lovely large kitchen, a big bathroom with full-size bath and separate shower, a large front room with 55" TV, a drive big enough for two cars and a huge south facing garden - you are welcome to have sensible friends around and use the BBQ and fire pit anytime.

I live between York and London, so only come to the flat for two days every other week with my two little yorkies and we will use the back double bedroom, so you will have the flat to yourself most of the month. I have minimal personal belongings round the place and don't mind you making it your home.

The flat is in mint condition. I am looking for a professional over the age of 30 that commutes to the city or WFH. Someone clean and tidy, who will treat the property with respect as if it is their own. I don't mind if you're a couple too.
