We have one double bedroom available for single occupancy with a newly refurbished shower room and toilet.
We have 5 bedroom house with Parking and garden.
We are a family of 4 with 2 kids who are very well behaved and go to school(secondary and late primary), me and husband are both working professionals and reputed IT jobs and travel to central. London. The room is available on 2nd floor in the loft. House is 10-11min walk from Tube station on central line in IG8.
Off license shops and Tesco at 5-7mins walk, there is bus stop and very big park close by as well.
We are looking for someone professional and respects others privacy and is clean and tidy.
Room comes with inbuilt cupboard and a study/laptop desk.
