I’m a live in landlord in a lovely 3 bedroom semi detached house in Woodford Green. Current tenant of the room is leaving on 20th March. It is a roughly 2.5x4m room with desk, wardrobe and single bed in a 3 bedroom house. All facilities and bills provided for. I have a pet cat who stays downstairs. There is access of a shared upstairs bathroom and a downstairs wash room and toilet. There is shared kitchen, living room, conservatory and garden. Woodford green central line station is 6-7min walk away. Small town facilities, shops and groceries also similar distance down The Broadway. Although on a main road the room is sufficiently sound proof and the house is quiet. We sometimes have movie nights and my son comes to stay sometimes. Prospective tenants who prefer to keep to themselves also open for application. No preference for gender of applicant but would prefer mature professional.
