🚇 Woodford (central line) tube station is a 15 min walk, plus many handy bus link options and can get into central in 40 mins. Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre 30 mins away via tube.

👩‍💻The living/dining room has a space for a desk in the window if you need to work from home.

📦The bedroom originally came unfurnished, however the bed and drawers underneath will remain, but the mirror and tables will be removed.

🧾 Bills are approx £165 per month. Deposit is £750. Minimum rental duration is until September next year where you can choose to renew the contract

🧍‍♀️Females only please. Hollie who will be staying (and friend of mine) is a genuinely wonderful flatmate. Very clean and tidy, is a fab baker, likes to explore the city and days/nights out, reading, go for walks and is into her arts and crafts. She works in media, is in the office 4 days a week and 1 day WFH. Hollie is sociable but also respects privacy
