Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Spacious double bedroom with a bed, mattress and wardrobe.

At the moment there is scaffolding around the building as the windows are being replaced.

I may consider students as long as they are well considerate, clean and tidy and able to pay rent on time.

You will be sharing the apartment with a female, clean and well mannered. I value cleanliness and privacy. The environment is best suited for someone who appreciates a peaceful and respectful living space.
