- amazing shared veranda, perfect for summer BBQs or winter hangouts (has electric heater)

- private parking for 2 cars
- big American-style fridge in the veranda + small fridge in the kitchen

Who you’ll be living with:
- Nina (she/they, 29) DJ producer with a full time hospitality job, often practices at home during normal hours, slowly making a name for herself and often booked for gigs at well known venues around London
- Franzine (she/her, 30) & Marco (he/him, 33); couple. Franzine is a DJ producer with a psychology background and Marco is a director and sometimes travels for work (works for a German company)
Overall a creative household, enjoy going out together, spending time as a group and taking time for ourselves to recharge during winger months.

- Bus stop - 3 min walk (10 min to Gants Hill Station - Central Line)
- South Woodford Station - 20 min walk (Central Line)

I am flexible on the move in date, planning to move in with my partner end Feb - beginning March but can clear my room before that. Any questions please ask price, re price of room too.
