Hi! I'm letting two separate rooms in my comfortable, renovated 3-bed house, a 5-minute walk from Woodford underground station (Central line 15 min to Stratford, 25 mins to Liverpool Street, 35 to Oxford Circus).

The house:
* Spacious and fully furnished, with a proper patio-garden, sun loungers and a big BBQ you can use
* Modern kitchen with everything you need, including washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, double oven, two fridges and two freezers, air fryer, microwave, rice cooker, coffee machine, blender
* Fast Wi-Fi, and a huge TV in the living room
* A cleaner comes every two weeks to keep the shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) spotless
* Locks on each bedroom door for added security and peace of mind
* Quiet residential street with peaceful neighbours, close to shops and cafés, with Epping Forest on the doorstep
* Council tax, water, gas, electricity and internet all included

The rooms:
* Room 1 (£900): the larger double, overlooking the street
* Room 2 (£750): a good-sized double overlooking the garden

A bit about the setup: I travel regularly for work, so a fair amount of the time you and your housemate will keep the two cats of the house company. They're affectionate, easy-going and basically run the house. There's an automatic feeder and a self-cleaning litter tray, but there’s a shared responsibility of being around for them; checking in, topping up food/water from the storage, and giving them some playtime they'll happily demand.
