We have a good sized neutral décor double room available. The room has lovely views of the surrounding area.
There is a double bed, includes a wardrobe now instead of the chest of draws for storage , bedside tables and down lights throughout the house with gas central heating and carpet. The room has a Juliet balcony. The room is nice and bright and blackout blinds fitted.
There is a top floor modern, fully tiled beautiful presented shower/toilet room with under floor heating and towel rail, mirror and lots of storage..

The kitchen is large, bright, modern with integrated appliances, lots of cupboards, draws and surface space. washing machine and dryer.

This is a family home so you would be sharing with myself, my partner and my children (girls aged 24 years & 14 years)

We are a relaxed, clean and tidy close family with no pets and friendly.

Ideally, we are looking for a friendly, full time professional/students/PostGrads who in return is also tidy and clean and who is looking for a quiet , secure home especially if you are out and about during the week and weekends, a room in a safe environment and who wants their own privacy (no working or studying from home pls) and someone who can relate, understands and respect our family's space and environment and you can also expect the same in return.

No couples, pets, sleep overs and no parties pls..

Location is excellent, literally 10/15 min walk/5-10 bus to Woodford, London Underground station (Central line) and a good selection of local amenities, i. e. Co-op & Costa coffee, cozy cafes and restaurants and surrounding nature parks.

Room available now. Single female preferred and rate is £800pcm inclusive with a 5 weeks deposit required. Employers and Landlord References , proof of income and Right to Rent documents will be required.
