Single room available to let

Hi everyone!

I have single room available in lovely 2 bedroom house.
I live here alone with my dog Jack (6 year old Jack Russell mix ) since last September 2023.
Flat is really tidy with loads of space for storage if needed.
When I moved in flat was unfurnished so I've bought all the furniture - everything is brand new.
Small room was used only as study space or when any of my friends came around hence there isn't many things in there -happy to buy proper furniture when someone will decide to move in.
Everything is flat is new -carpet, boiler (placed in December 2023) and all the kitchen appliances like washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and oven.

Area is quiet and chilled. There is loads of parks around if that want you like.

I prefer to find someone to move in with me rather then move out as I know how hard it can be to find decent flat and agency.
About me - I work in hospitality . I like to socialise but I respect other's people space . I'm not massive party person either.
Jack will be happy to have company as well so pets are welcome.
