Spacious, modern & open plan home in Woodford

We have a lovely, newly renovated home with three spare bedrooms in Woodford Green. We have two large single rooms sharing its own shower room and we occupy the upper floor. The house also has its own self contained en-suite double bedroom with front access and its own kitchen. We also have a garden with a patio and an office/gym/man shed at the end of the garden.

- 15 minute walk from South Woodford station - Gants Hill station is a 10 minute bus ride on the 179/123.
- Travel time to Liverpool Street approximately 30 minutes.
- 5 minute walk to 24 hr Tesco
- Next to the M11 and A406
- Driveway and off street parking

~Home Details~
The house is open-plan on the ground floor, connecting the living area with a modern kitchen. We usually congregate in the evenings when free to chat or watch random TV shows on Netflix.

The kitchen has a centre island, new appliances, an American fridge/freezer and a few gizmos to help with the masterchef training, if you love your cooking. We're all a bunch of foodies so be warned, diet always starts tomorrow! We are all veggie in the main house but flexible in the self contained annex as it has its own kitchen.

There are two large single spare rooms on the first floor with a luxury wet room with a high pressure shower, WC and sink between that is shared between the two housemates on the 1st floor.

We also have a separate double en-suite bedroom with a kitchen as a self contained annex but also has its own access adjoining the main house. There's a door entrance for the room at the front of the property and access to the main utility room and W/C.

The upper floor is occupied by us, we do have two daughters in the tween years, get on very well with our housemates and tend to just be involved with their school work and after school activities.

~About Us~
We are both working professionals and have been housesharing for around 15 years now and really enjoy the company and friendships we have made over the years. We are easy-going, appreciate a tidy house (although not overly fussy) and like our housemates to feel like it's their home as well. Our present housemates are both female, working professionals and we all get on really well so it's a friendly vibe.

During lockdown, we've brushed up our cooking skills, enjoy working out and also appreciate some of the green spaces near us. We're also into health/fitness, try our best to be environmentally conscious and have a garden for any enthusiastic green fingers.

There's also a large shed/office/gym at the back which I generally use and open to anyone interested in using the equipment.
