Sunny double room, spacious house, 8 mins to tube

Hi! ​I'm looking for a friendly veggie or vegan woman to live with me and my two cats. Ideally from Monday to Friday but can be flexible on the nights.

Your double bedroom overlooks the garden, and the main bathroom is also at the back of the house. My ensuite doesn't have a loo or a bath so the ones in the main bathroom are shared. There is also a loo downstairs.

The double lounge is really big so there's plenty of space to do yoga or exercises at the back.

I live on a quiet street and know loads of the neighbours, so you can feel quite safe. There's parking on the driveway and the nearest corner store is 1 minute's walk away. Outside Woodford station, you'll find loads of restaurants, pharmacies, hairdressers, a deli, a florist, and a Co-op / Sainsbury's Local.

I love silly and deep chats, but also value downtime. I'm respectful of people's things and their space. My ideal housemate is kind, considerate and happy to keep the house clean and tidy. Helps if you love animals too - the cats are real characters and they love cuddles.

My husband comes to stay once or twice a week, mostly in the weekend. He is goodnatured and house-trained. Alternatively I'd go and stay with him sometimes so you'd have the place to yourself.
