We are looking for 1-2 people to occupy our first floor - one double room and one single, you will also have your own bathroom, and a living area with kitchen. All rooms are furnished. No access to the garden.

Council tax, bills and WiFi are included at a total cost of £1750 per month.

The property is located on a quiet residential street, just 4 minutes walk to the bus stop and in close proximity to many amenities and takeaways/restaurants including Co-Op, Costa, newsagents, butchers.

The property is 0.8 miles from Woodford Station (central line), less than 15 minutes into Stratford, and half an hour into Oxford Street.

We are looking for someone who is clean and takes pride in the space they live in - respectful and considerate of those around them.
