We are looking for a working professional to occupy this lovely room in a quiet house. The landlord also lives in the house and looks after it exceptionally well. We are looking for a potential male professional lodger ( the house is prominently male) who is willing to treat the room kindly.

There are two cats in the house if you are allergic to them 😷.

All the bills are included and we have a broadband connection which you are welcome to use.

The kitchen is spacious and clean, and we would love to keep it as such, ( no messy cooking please 😅)

And to put a carry-on top, this property has a garden so beautiful that you will not want to even stay in your room.
