• Overnight guests by prior arrangement, limited to once per week.
• Cleaner every two weeks.
• Laundry wash, dry and fold service included.
• Other person is my father who stays for around Five months each year.
• Cafés, restaurants, gyms, library and GP nearby.
• Excellent transport links to the local area and Central London.
• Epping Forest is a 5-minute walk away.
• All bills included.
