Hi, we are looking for a friendly new Housemate who knows how to live with others. Our Preference is a female but we are open to males also.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED.
The room comes with the bed and desk draws. It already has built in wardrobes.
Current housemates : Emma (37), NHS & Football physio, and I, Chris (42) work in education, have lived together for a number of years and have become firm friends.
We are looking for a houseMATE, not a lodger, we like to socialise together watching the football or a good series (Emma will insist on you watching Scandinavian crime series with us) but equally we are also respectful of each other’s privacy and disturbing each other particularly in the morning or late at night.
The Double room on the top floor is available from the end of December 2025.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Emma.
We have a good sized garden. BBQ. Shed. Solid wi-fi, Sky. All the apps. Space on the driveway for another car and a A gym in the garage (extra bonus).
We share cleaning responsibilities.
We have a Great size kitchen/diner and living room for all your TV viewing needs.
It’s a Great house. Great neighbours. Quiet road. housemates (x2). Great location - 5 min walk to Epping Forest, 12 min walk to South Woodford station or 14 min walk to Woodford Station- 20mins to Liverpool Street Station on central line.
