Hi, we are looking for a friendly, chilled housemate to join our great house in NE London.

The room comes with the bed, desk drawers and built in wardrobes.

Current housemates : Emma from Sweden, (37), NHS & Football physio, and myself, Chris (42), north Londoner, working in education & training.

We have lived together for a number of years and have become firm friends.

We are looking for a third person to join us in this place we have called home for the last three years.
We are both sporty and like to socialise together, watching the football or a good TV series (Emma will insist on you watching Scandinavian crime series with us) but equally, we are also respectful of each other’s privacy and disturbing each other - particularly in the morning or late at night.

The double room on the top floor is available from the end of December 2025.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Emma.

We have a good sized garden with a BBQ. /Shed that we use a lot in the summer.
We have Solid wi-fi, Sky. All the apps.
Space on the driveway for another car and a gym in the garage (extra bonus).

We share cleaning responsibilities.
We have a great size kitchen/dining area and living room for all your TV viewing needs and there’s a toilet on the ground floor.

It’s a great house. Great neighbours. Quiet road.
Yes you will pay more but will get way more for your money in terms of space inside and outside, as well as an actual living room to chill in and not 5 other people living with you!

30mins into Oxford Street
