Hello! I'm Jo, a 41 year old female currently looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving on. I work full time in care and I'm friendly, sociable, easy going and clean and tidy - I hope to find someone similar to share my lovely home with! I have a good sense of humour and I love to cook and enjoy a beer/glass of wine in front of the telly but I also like to have my own space in my room after a long day.
The flat is situated on the ground floor at the bottom of a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac, less than a 3 minute walk from Woodford station (Central line) and even closer to local amenities (Sainsburys, Co-op, restaurants etc). It has a lovely wooden floor running throughout and includes a separate kitchen and a partly furnished big L-shaped living room + dining area. If you love to cook then lt has everything you need with a double oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher plus more cupboards/storage than you could ever fill! The bathroom is also a good size, very light and airy with a bath and a powerful shower.
Also, if you own a car, there is off road parking in the secured private car park right outside so you will always be able to find a space. The building is surrounded by a well maintained communal garden and the neighbours are really welcoming and friendly.

The room going spare is a large double, it comes unfurnished but includes two big double built-in wardrobes (with full length mirrors) and a window that looks onto a quiet green space at the back of the building. It's a lovely blank canvas that you can make your own with plenty of space for a king size bed and a desk.
