I have a furnished double bedroom, for rent, in a bungalow – YES A BUNGALOW! – in Woodford Green. It’s a home share rather than just renting a room, sharing all amenities; including the kitchen, bathrooms and garden. The room is a fully furnished and comfortable Ground Floor bedroom, in a spacious, modern house with a relaxed, atmosphere.
We are looking for professional female to share our home. But have the comforts and privacy of their own space. My 21 yr old daughter and I are easy going females, friendly, clean and tidy, looking for a like minded person to share with, as we want the person to feel relaxed. Although I am a smoker no smoking is allowed in the house at any time! The house is in a safe and quiet location and is always kept clean and tidy and the housemate would be expected to do their bit to maintain the condition of the house.
The house is located in a cul-de-sac with off street parking; double glazed and gas centrally heated, with a powerful shower. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. There is a washing machine in a dedicated laundry room. The house has a large modern kitchen with all mod cons including a large American type fridge and freezer. The house has high speed internet and some bills are included within the price - utilities/council tax as well as the use of appliances such as washing machine, air fryer, microwave etc.
The house is located in Woodford. It is under a 5 minute walk to Woodford tube station. There are shops and restaurants within 2 minutes walk and the area itself has a really nice safe feel to it. Travel time to Central London from Woodford is 12 min to Stratford, 17 min to Liverpool Street and 33 min to Bond Street. This is perfect for someone working in London as 25 minutes to the City or 35 mins to the West End!
It is also just off the M11 and A406 so very well connected in terms of transport.
