Nice double room in Woodford Green

Hello! I am looking for a flatmate for an initial 6 months period ideally and a monthly rolling agreement thereafter. The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with a nice living room and 10 minutes walking distance to Woodford Green tube station (Central line). The rent would be £750 + bills/2. (share of internet = £15, share of gas & electricity = around £45 in winter), total cost would be around £810.

I am a clean person and looking for a similar person, ideally someone working in a 9-5 office job. I go to the office 2-3 times a week.

The double bed mattress in the room is high quality, there is also a height adjustable office desk along with a bookshelf, wardrobe, laundry box etc. The bathroom is old and needs refurbishment, however it's not too bad.
