Double room -Woodford Green (10 mins to Stratford)

Hello! I am looking for a flatmate for an initial period of 2-3 months - which can potentially be extended depending on the visa application outcome of my partner. I will keep you posted 1-2 months ahead.

The flat is 2 bedroom with a nice living room and 10-12 minutes walking distance to Woodford Green tube station (Central line). Sainsburys, Coop, local supermarkets are nearby. £700/ month (bills excluded, 15£ internet + 20 gas/electricity).

I go to the office Mon-Fri, the flatmate will be alone basically during the day unless going to the office every day.

The area is very peaceful (postcode: IG8), 5 stops to Stratford from Woodford Green (12 minutes) station with central line.

If you have a car - off-street parking available. I can help with moving in (moving your luggages with my car - not furniture)
