We are looking for a new housemates to renew our current tenancy agreement. I am currently occupying the second floor attic, which has its own small kitchenette and toilet that are completely independent. The new tenant would get a very spacious first floor (large corridor) with a big kitchen and one toilet to share with the other housemate. The double bedroom available is quite big (used to be the living room and has big front-facing windows), but there is also a small living room to share for all of us, the size of a single bedroom. The flat is in good condition, wooden floors all around and the area is quiet, with supermarkets close by, 10 minutes walk from South Woodford tube station and well connected by buses as well. We would ideally look for a minimum commitment of a year, with 6 month breaking clause as is customary. The flat is Council Tax band C.
