Double room close to Highams Park station

Ours is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with garden, less than a 10 minute walk from Highams Park station which is on the Weavers line that runs between Liverpool Street and Chingford. Just a 25 minute train ride into Liverpool Street, and 2 stops from Walthamstow Central on the Victoria line. Epping Forest is a 2 minute walk from us and so we are perfectly situated for both town and countryside.
We have a double bedroom to let. Recently decorated, with built in wardrobe/cupboard, and a shower room/toilet opposite. You would have shared use of our newly refurbished kitchen/dining/sitting area, and we have a separate utility room. You would also be welcome to use the garden.
We have 2 very friendly pets: one small dog and a cat, and so we welcome pet lovers! Although very active, we are both semi retired and so are regularly 'in' during the day.
If you think our household may suit you we would love to hear from you! We would also be willing to consider a Monday-Friday let. The room is available from 17 February 2025.
