Looking for a flatmate.

Looking for a new flatmate ready to move in from 23rd August or as close to that date as possible. Renting the master bedroom plus shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Total per month £1000. This includes all the bills(Council Tax also covered). We’re in Council Tax band B.
It’s a relatively modern flat and it’s gated access. It’s part of a small block of five adjacent flats with the same again on the upper level. Making a total of ten flats in the block. The neighbours are also very friendly.
I work in entertainment so work varied hours but I’m not noisy and I’m quite easy going.
Looking for a friendly easy going flatmate, or a couple. I previously shared with a couple who are friends. They had the master bedroom. We shared for more than four years.
If you rent the room as a couple you would split the £1000 cost between you.
