Double room

We are looking for a working professional to join our well kept and cosy home.

The house is currently shared by myself (male) and one female. We both work in finance and commute to the City. We’re friendly, tidy and respectful. We value giving people their space and privacy, but we also enjoy having a drink after work, catching up in the evenings, and occasionally cooking or having dinner together when everyone is free.

The house is spacious and located in a safe residential neighbourhood. It has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a bright, cosy living area that’s great for unwinding after work. High speed broadband is available and suitable for working from home when needed. The house has a calm, professional feel throughout, and parking is available either on the street or on the driveway depending on what suits you.

Transport links are excellent, with easy access to Woodford Station on the Central Line, making it convenient for commuting into the City and Canary Wharf. There are also strong bus connections to Gants Hill, South Woodford, Loughton and Wanstead. Local amenities include Waitrose, Gail’s bakery, cafés and restaurants. Claybury Park and Roding Valley Park are also close by.

The room is fully furnished and the property is maintained to a high standard. Bills are not included and are split fairly between housemates, covering wifi, council tax, gas, electric and water.
