Bright & large double room in Woodford Green

I have a bright double room available from January 2026, in a lovely art deco house, on a quiet road, with a lovely garden.

It's an old house but it has good bones and lots of character.

It's very safe, about 15-20 minutes walking to both Woodford Station in one direction and Highams Park in the other.

Although a nice quiet place to live, we're within walking distance of South Woodford, with all its many supermarkets and restaurants.

We do back onto a forest so the location would suit someone who loves nature.

I have a beautiful dog. She's 4 and a half. She's very sweet and clean. No doggie odours in this home but for anyone interested, you have to be a dog lover. And if you are, Kika will steal your heart.

I'm a creative, working from home.

It's a lovely generous space for 2 people to share (myself and 1 other) and enjoy. I've lived here for 3 years now and I absolutely love it.
