Small Double with Large loft room for rent

I have a small semi-furnished double room available to rent in my 3-bedroom home.

As this is our family home, with two kiddos, a dog and a cat, I am including the loft room, which you can make into whatever you want. The loft room is carpeted and can be made into your private lounge or whatever you like.

The double room includes a double bed and a side table; please feel free to supply anything else. Both rooms are a blank canvas and can be decorated as you see fit.

You will be living with me, a mother who is an author and podcast producer and my two young children.

You will have the whole house to yourself 2 evenings a week as I attend an evening course. Other than that, I usually work from home.

Unfortunately, due to this being our family home, overnight and male guests are not welcome.

We have a separate dining area just off the kitchen, a lounge and a wonderful garden with patio dining in the summer months.

This room would suit someone who wants to be close to the station and would like a relatively chilled household.
