Super spacious room and a big house with beautiful garden that has outdoor furniture. Off street parking available. Big open kitchen with TV. All house mates are working, clean, quiet but friendly. We do occasional house mates bbq’s and catch up over a drink.
Housemates are on different schedules so we are rarely all together in the house at the same time.
The room is furnished with a new double bed and sofa, but if you’d like to bring your own furniture, we are happy to move out the current ones out to storage.

Rent - £900 including all the bills.

One month deposit. No other fees. Rent includes all bills + wifi.

Minimum 6 months term preferred.
