Bright & airy room + office next to Woodford St.

I’m looking for a kind and considerate housemate (preferably female) to share my spacious and serene two-storey flat, located just a two-minute walk from Woodford Underground Station.

The bedroom is situated on the first floor of my two-storey flat and has its own separate bathroom with a large tub, both of which are tasteful, clean, large and airy. I have plants in the bathroom because it gets great light and would prefer to keep them there.

You’ll also get a separate office, so it’s a uniquely spacious and great space if you sometimes work from home. The flat also features shared access to a pretty lounge and big kitchen.

I am a freelance coach for creative expression and care deeply about activism related to Palestine and social justice. I will be travelling quite a lot in the near future, so I'm hoping to find a like-minded, responsible housemate who would be happy to care for my plants while I'm away. In exchange for this, I've kept the rent lower relative to the spacious size of the room and private office on offer.

The practicals:
* Rent for your room & office: £850 per month
* Bills contribution: £175 per month
* Total monthly cost: £1025 (inclusive of all utilities, council tax, internet and TV licence)
* One month security deposit

Woodford is situated in Zone 4, a 12 minute tube journey to Stratford and 21 minutes to Liverpool Street.
