Room to Rent in a Bright, Spacious Flat in Woodfor

Hi dear reader!
I’m looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to join me in my bright and spacious two-storey flat in Woodford Green.
The flat has been recently upgraded, including a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances, and it’s full of natural light thanks to its open-plan kitchen and living room.

The Room:
our new bedroom is on the first floor, with a big bay window that gives you a pretty great view of Woodford. It’s spacious, with a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, and a desk – so whether you're working from home or simply lounging, you’ve got plenty of space to spread out.

The Location:
The flat is just two steps from the beautiful forest, perfect for jogs or a bit of nature. It's a little over a 10-minute walk to Woodford Underground Station, – so no excuse for being late to work! (Okay, maybe a little excuse.) For those unfamiliar with the area, Woodford is in Zone 4, with a 12-minute tube ride to Stratford and just 21 minutes to Liverpool Street.
Shops/cafe/pub etc are just round the corner

About Me:
I’m an easy-going interior designer who works from home for about half the week. I have a variety of interests—tennis, motorbikes, architecture, and, of course, my plants! I enjoy a peaceful and relaxed living environment but also appreciate the occasional social moment.

What I’m Looking For:

I’m after someone who’s sociable and tidy, but also knows how to respect personal space. If you’re chill, responsible, and can tolerate the occasional plant chat, we’ll get along just fine.
