The Routine: A brilliant local gym is just a 3-minute walk away. South Woodford’s supermarkets, restaurants, and independent shops are a short walk away to grab dinner on your way home.

The Commute & Travel Perks

For Drivers: Unlike most of London, we have dedicated free parking on our private road (perfect for anyone commuting by car or reverse-commuting out of London).

By Bus: The 275 and W13 buses are right nearby to zip you straight to the station in just a few minutes.

The "Active" Commuter: Woodford (Central Line) and Highams Park (Overground) stations are a scenic 15–20 minute walk. If you view your daily walk as a great opportunity for exercise, and fresh air to unwind after a day at the office, you will love this green route.

I’m Simone. I am part time employed and work on my own business venture from home, so I value a calm, orderly environment during the day to focus.

I also occasionally look after dogs, so a genuine dog lover is definitely a must! (No cats due to allergies, sorry).

I’m looking for one mature, clean, and independent professional who has their own busy out-of-house routine. I am also highly open to a Monday–Friday arrangement if you simply need a peaceful, green London base during the working week, and head home for the weekends.
