Flatmate wanted in South Woodford for August

Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to move into a double room with a fitted wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. My current flatmate is moving out to go live with her bf.
The flat is in South Woodford about 10 minutes walk from the central line train station and the building offers private underground parking. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, cafes and supermarkets around, plus the cinema is a 5 minute walk away.
The room will be available from early August and comes with NO furniture, so if you love an IKEA trip as much as I do, then it's a great opportunity to start fresh or bring furniture you currently have and style it as you please. My flatmate is happy to sell her double bed and mattress which is only 18 months old if needed. The shared living room and kitchen are open plan and fully furnished including a dishwasher, and there is a balcony to enjoy the summer sunshine!
The rent is £1025 and bills are roughly £160 per month. We are in Council Tax band D. You'll need to be in full-time employment as there is an affordability and reference check, plus having the right to rent in the UK. The deposit is £1170. The move in day is flexible but the first rent payment will be on August 14th.
A bit about me: I'm Antonia, a 30-year-old primary school teacher who is sociable and likes exploring London. I enjoy meals and cocktails out with friends, travelling, fitness, going to concerts, karaoke and doing creative things. I'm hoping to find someone who is outgoing like me, who is independent but also would like to be friends as well as flatmates and share some fun experiences together.
