Hi

I have a double room available, fully furnished and has own computer/broadband internet connection + own t. v. in a warm & quiet two bedroom maisonette. There is ample access to parking (accommodates 4 cars) and a large garden. The flat consists of use of all kitchen facilities,+ washing machine & shared living room, garden & parking. Also has separate storage facility extra luggage, bicycle/motorbike, etc.

Transport: Two bus stops less than 300 yards walking distance. Woodford Station 1 minute by car/8-10 minutes walking distance. Stratford is approx. 15/20 minutes away by tube and Holborn is approx 35 minutes.

Shops: Cafes/shops within walking distance & a local Park. Tescos 10 minutes and a small Sainsburys, 8 minutes.

This is a friendly quiet maisonette and and I don't mind if you are male or female. It would be nice if this could be seen as a flatshare, however also respecting our need for privacy.

I have two friendly dogs a labrador and a lurcher.
