There is of storage in the house including very clean and secure garage and loft, so bikes and stuff are not a problem.

The house is situated in a safe, quiet, and leafy cul de sac with easy access to public transport.
Great area for dining out, with nice friendly local wine bars, Tesco, M&S, Waitrose, doctors, dentists and pharmacy, all a short distance away along with a few clothing boutiques, and all the necessary shops around.
Nearest London Underground Line – Central Line (Woodford) 10 - 15 mins walk or 5 mins in a local taxi situated outside the tube station which is in Zone 4
Easy access to London's West End and Docklands.

Free Wifi throughout the house. Utility bills will be included however irresponsible and overly excessive use of gas and electricity and water will result in the lodger being asked to leave.
