Double room in a flat/Apartment available for A SINGLE PERSON , who is compatible with another 2 European flat mates. Available from Nov 24.
Short terms can be considered subject to discussions
A thing to remember. This home is CLEAN and we do not wear shoes inside but slippers.
Also we have some rules in place to keep the place in good clean shape,.

It Is a very large double room and it feels very spacious and relaxed .
Views are recommended .

All bills include except TV license
Water, Council Tax & broadband include, also a fortnightly cleaner Ito clean all the rooms in the apartment is included in the price .

Short stays of 1 week to 4 weeks can be arranged at £35 per night.
( cheaper than with other booking webs)
a deposit of £500 is required which is returnable if not damages are caused.
Bed linen and towels are supplied for short stays .

We are near North Cheam, which is SM3 postcode and it is near St Anthony’s Hospital .

-PREFER - working full time individuals during the day as current occupants are day full time workers .

REQUIREMENTS:

-Someone that respect the home rules
-No students,
-No people working from home
-No smokers
-No alcohol drunker nor drugs or other substances users
-References required.

We are looking for someone who cares for the property he/she lives in and keeps his /her room clean and the kitchen and bathroom clean after use. If you are this person you are very welcome :)

You will be living with RESPONSIBLE RESPECTFUL, & CONSIDER PEOPLE working full time.. we are European.

This is a CLEAN &QUIET HOME we do not slams door especially when people are sleeping/resting:) nor we steal the milk :)

-Cleaner to clean all bedrooms and shared parts fortnightly (every 14 days)

This is an environmental wise home:)
We do not use a tumble dryer.
We switch off lights and equipment when not in use .

We do not hang laundry 🧺 inside the bedrooms .
There is a terrace to hang the laundry,

There is laundry 10 minutes walk if you wish to dry your clothes.

ROOM DESCRIPTION:
The room is nicely decorated as you can see from the photos.
The property is well maintained, clean and warm in the winter.
All bills including except Tv license and Electricity due to recent price rise

The property is located NEAR the big Sainsburys and Aldi (opened 9 DEC21) in London Road , North Cheam , postcode SM3 9SS and near St Anthony’s Hospital.
5 minutes walk from shops and bus stops in North Cheam/Worcester Park

Morden underground 20 minutes by bus
Worcester Park Train Station is 15 minutes
30 minutes to Waterloo Station Central London
We are on the borders with a NORTH CHEAM which has plenty of good supermarkets : Big Sainsburys, Argos, Habitat, Aldi , small Tesco, Mediterranean Turkish Supermarket
Trendy restaurants like :
Super Crab, Tas Turkish Restaurants, Nonsuch Pub , Feedwell cafe, Costas Coffee shop , Tai Restaurants and of course MacDonalds open 24 hours drive in Restaurant together with plenty of other take away restaurants
