We do not wear shoes inside but slippers

The room is very large with plenty of room and storage space and it feels very spacious and relaxed
It has a comfortable orthopaedic double bed .
Views are recommended .

All bills included exp Tv licence .
Also included a fortnightly cleaner Ito clean all the rooms in the apartment is included in the price .

We are near North Cheam, which is SM3 postcode and it is near St Anthony’s Hospital .

-PREFER - working full time individuals during the day as current occupants are day full time workers .

-No alcohol drunker nor drugs or other substances users
-References required.

We are looking for someone who cares for the property he/she lives in and keeps his /her room clean and the kitchen and bathroom clean after use. If you are this person you are very welcome :)

You will be living with RESPONSIBLE RESPECTFUL, & CONSIDER PEOPLE working full time.. we are European.

This is a CLEAN &QUIET HOME we do not slams door especially when people are resting.
