I have a very nice, bright double room available in a shared three bedroom house with garden; the property is located in a quiet, safe and clean area in Worcester Park - KT4 London.

This is a clean, quiet and pleasant home and we would like the new housemate to be the same. We take in terms to clean the house so that we all contribute fairly to keeping the house clean.

We are looking for somebody medium/long term who will treat the house as their home and add to the lovely atmosphere we have.

The house is in good conditions, 30 mg internet and Virgin TV are included in the monthly price.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking inside the house (smoking in the garden is fine).

The room is fully furnished with double bed, double mattress, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing mirror, side cabinet lamp and new laminated floor. The room features an attractive fireplace and shelf over.

BATHROOM:
The shared bathroom has laminate flooring, three door mirrored cabinet, a three shelf wall cabinet, shaving mirror, toilet and bath with power shower over.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge-freezer to share between two of you, gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine etc.

LIVING ROOM:
Dining table and chairs, comfy leather sofa, shelves, 32 inc screen, Virgin TV, PS2, stereo etc. with patio doors to garden.

GARDEN:
A good size garden with a patio, pond, trees and flowers, perfect for a barbeque or time off with friends. There is a shed, 6’ x 4’, for additional storage and a bike rack in the garden that bikes can be locked to.

PRICE:

* Double room: £550 per month rent
