The area is quiet and there is space for your car on the driveway. It's a 30 second walk to The Hamptons; a lovely park with a middle America setting. If you're a fan of horses, a short walk further there are fields with beautiful mares you can pet. Local shop 5 minute walk; ALDI/Sainsburys/etc. a further 10 minutes.
Worcester Park Station is a 20 minute walk away and has a direct train line between Guildford and Waterloo every 30 minutes.
There are two of us living here currently. We are looking for a new housemate to enjoy the space with and have a great time! - We are both very personable, outgoing and relaxed people into video games and music!
Looking for someone with complimentary chilled/outgoing/personable vibes, happy to do a viewing on video or in person! 😊
We also have a small bulldog called Joy who is incredibly affectionate, calm and loving. - We are both HUGE animal lovers so pets are certainly welcome! 😁
