I’m a 36-year-old working professional living with my 7-year-old daughter in a warm and welcoming home. I work from home three days a week and have a beautiful, large double room available to rent. You’ll also have full access to a modern kitchen, a cosy living room, and a very spacious garden – perfect for relaxing. Additional amenities include ultrafast Wi-Fi, Sky TV with all channels, a washer/dryer, and plenty of free on-street parking right outside the house.

Ideal housemate: I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, and clean – ideally a professional who works away from home during the week. That said, if you work from your room, that’s no problem at all as I primarily use the downstairs space.

Located just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the nearest train station, with direct trains into London in just 25 minutes – this spot offers both peace and excellent connectivity.
