I have a beautifully redecorated, large double bedroom available in my home. The room is for single occupancy only and will be ready to move into from the end of June. There is a bathroom located directly next door for your convenience.

I own the house and live here with my seven-year-old daughter. We are a quiet household and tend to keep to ourselves, so this would suit a respectful professional looking for a calm and comfortable living environment.

The room has consistently been occupied over the years — my previous long-term tenant stayed for 3 years, and more recently it has been home to a young student on placement who is due to leave at the end of June.

Important house expectations:

The living room is private and not included as part of the rental space
Cleanliness and hygiene are extremely important to me, so I’m looking for someone who is naturally tidy and respectful of shared spaces
This is a peaceful home, so it’s not suitable for parties or frequent guests

You will have access to:

There is plenty of free parking available on the road, usually right outside the house.
