One double, furnished, ensuite bedroom will become available in my lovely home located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in Worcester Park. Looking for a FEMALE housemate only.
Available from 7th July 2025. Minimum 6 months let, with a 2-month notice period.
Rent: £900 per month + bills
Council Tax Band E
Shared communal areas including living room, kitchen/dining area, and one downstairs toilet.
~10-12 mins walk to Worcester Park high street and train station, with overground transport links to Wimbledon (7mins), Clapham Junction (15mins), Vauxhall (20mins), and Waterloo (25mins). Morden station for the northern line is ~10-15min drive away.
Parking space is available outside the house at no extra cost. There is also a lovely field behind the house, with views of greenery and a nearby park only 5 mins walk away.
I love the gym, travelling, gigs/festivals, cooking, movie nights, and hanging out with friends. I am quite a relaxed person and looking for a clean and friendly person to become a part of my house who enjoys a good balance of chill times/socialising as well respecting each other's space.
I WFH most days; however, there is plenty of space in the house should you wish to do the same.
