Two rooms with one Double bed, double wardrobe and in the other bed there is a single bed with a cupboard . The annex includes high speed internet connection as well.

Located in a nice house in one of the most sought after streets in Old Malden/Worcester Park, with 10 minute walk to both Malden Manor/Tolworth stations and high street. 5 minutes to Kingston Road with buses towards Kingston and Epsom town centres. It is only 3 miles to Kingston Town Centre.

Preferably suitable for working professional female or couple.

No pets and non smoker and we expect quiet and decent tenant, not many visitors or partying at the premises, and no anti social behavior.

Two different rooms available to pay monthly, and you do not need to pay for Council Tax.

Long/ Short term renewable agreement.
Please note that price will be varied for short stay.

Preferably professional single females as it is part of a family home.
