Large Double, Garden, Quiet House, Good Transport

2 Females and a small friendly dog share a 5 bedroom house and we looking for a 3rd to join us in this bright, double glazed and fully furnished home.

The room is an extra large double room which looks out over the wildlife garden. It has 2 large, built in cupboards, free-standing shelving unit, double bed, desk and chair. It has a large window, wooden floors and radiator.

You will share the big family bathroom with one other. It has a large bath, separate shower, toilet, storage unit and sink. The kitchen and utility area has a 5 ring gas cooker with 3 electric ovens. Microwave, washing machine and drier. You will have your own cupboard space and fridge.

There is a large wildlife garden with patio and seating areas. Which is lovely to sit outside in the sunshine or eat al fresco.

The house is a 5 min walk from Worcester Park High Street, that has many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Watirose, Iceland, Lebanese foodstore) and buses go into Kingston and Sutton. It is a 7 min walk to the train station which takes you into Waterloo in around 25 mins.

It is a peaceful house, we work from home and although we entertain from time to time, it is definitely not a party house.

Our ideal potential new flatmate will be a non smoking female professional with an open minded attitude and easy going manner. Considerate and respectful of others and their belongings. We have a cleaner to help maintain the communal areas but we expect a reasonable level of cleanliness and care for the property. You must be comfortable with animals as we have a friendly little dog.

This is a family home so from time to time my adult children will come to stay but sadly for me, this is not very often.
