Double room to rent in Worcester Park. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and built-in double wardrobe. There is also under-bed storage.

The flat is a 2-bed maisonette on a private road, approx. 5 minutes walk from Worcester Park Station and the high street. There is a shared kitchen, living room and front/back garden. There is also a parking space if required. The area always feels super quiet and safe.

You will be living with myself and my super-cute cat, Niko. We are both friendly, tidy and chilled out and we are looking for someone similar. Niko also comes with the bonus of being hypoallergenic (and he gives good cuddles on occasion).

The room is available from early April. The price includes all bills, including broadband, tv, council tax etc.
