You will be living with myself and my super-cute cat, Niko. We are both friendly, tidy, chilled out and are looking for someone similar. Niko also comes with the bonus of being hypoallergenic (and he gives good cuddles on occasion).
The room is available from end of January. The price includes all bills, including broadband, tv, council tax, water, gas/electric.
