Hello we are looking for a tenant to take over our tenancy for a 12 month period to allow us to end our tenancy early to move closer to family. We are not the Landlords and haven't set the price so this is not negotiable unfortunately, the landlords are Akelius Residential LTD
*in order to pass affordability checks via our landlords applicants need to have an income of minimum 48k per annum*
