Hi! We are a looking for someone to rent a large room in Worcester Park area. We are a young couple plus one tenant/friend. My partners father who is planning on moving back to Bulgaria needs to find someone to take his room so he can go back with a peaceful mind. I am writing this ad on his behalf. We are open to couples renting this room as it is more than big enough but would have to increase the renting price as this would cause an increase in bills which we need to cover. This property has a lovely terrace and big garden for all to share, as well as a large kitchen, living room area and shared bathroom. If you are interested please message! There is free parking available on the street and potentially the driveway, the nearest trains stations is about a 15minute walk away if you’re not a slow walker. Aldi and Co-op is a 10min walk away. Ideally we would like to fill this room by end of September/start of October.
