A self-contained garden annex

We have great self contained garden annexe available. Underfloor heating, bay window seat, pull down double bed, Bathroom, clothes dryer available, Covered patio with veranda. You have to pass through our house to go to annex.

We are a young family of four, working professionals.

We can consider a minimum of a month stay. We require a month's rent as a deposit.

We would like to rent it to a quite student/ professional who will respect our space and privacy, we will do the same.

Kiwis and Aussies are welcome.

Please email us a brief description about yourself, where you come from, how long you are planning to stay and what your profession is or what you are studying.

You also need to provide a copy of passport, visa/permit, a copy of bank statement and a proof of income.
